12.30      Vet Men (3 miles)
Entry fee £8.00 per individual. Over 65’s Free Entry
Men over 35, 40, 45, 50, 1^st and 2^nd individual
Men over 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75, 1^st individual
Athletes must be over 35, 40 etc on race day

13.15     Under 13 Boys and Girls. (1 mile)
All age group entry fee £3.00 per individual
Prizes awarded to the 1st six individuals in each age group
Age group qualification Under 13, Boys and Girls is the 31st December 2022
All age group prizes will be presented as each race finishes

13.40     Under 15/17 Boys and Girls (2miles)
All age group entry fees £3.00 per individual
Prizes awarded to the 1st six individuals in each age group
Age group qualification under 15/17 Boys and Girls is the 31st December 2022
All age group prizes will be presented as each race finishes

14.00     Women (3 miles).  Including women’s vets
Entry Fee £8.00. Over 65’s Free Entry
Prizes Women 1^st and 2^nd individuals
First and second women’s team (4 to score)
Women over 35, 40, 45, 50, 1^st and 2^nd individual
Women over 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75, 1^st individual
Athletes must be over 35, 40 etc on race day

14.45    Malcolm Cup (4 miles)
Entry fee £8.00 per individual
Prizes Senior men 1^st and 2^nd individual and 1^st two teams (4 to score)
Under 20 Men 1^st and 2^nd individual and the winner will be presented with the Andrew Campbell Memorial Trophy
Note under 20s count in team race

All Senior prizes to be collected at administration desk after each event or will be forwarded to individuals and teams after races
