There are numerous races which gave me enormous satisfaction, and I was always exceptionally proud at representing Northern Ireland but winning the Ulster Schools 1500m probably gave me the biggest satisfaction.

Irish Universities 1997 3000m s/c – 2nd
Irish Club Championships 1997 3000m s/c – 3rd
Tailtean Games (Irish Trails) 1500m s/c – 1st
Scottish Championships 1996 10mms s/c – 3rd
AAA Championships, Crystal Palace 10mms s/c – 6th
